What is “The Alarm Leads Program”?

The Alarm Leads Program is a system where you and your clients receive benefits in exchange for the opportunity to discuss exclusive deals on alarm monitoring systems with home buyers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Participation is completely voluntary, and there is no requirement that each lead be submitted. Home inspectors across the U.S. have participated in similar programs previously and have enjoyed its benefits.

Why is this program the best program out there for home inspectors?

There are two basic reasons; Benefits & Sustainability.

The benefits are immense- when you help us by mentioning the program to clients on-site and delivering our brochures, you’re certain to hit a level of lead quality that will deliver your company extraordinary income or business-building products and services like 90-Day Warranties or RecallChek.

Perhaps the most important thing to mention here is sustainability. We’ve learned from relationships with some of the largest alarm companies in the world that they can make minor business shifts that can affect our clients greatly. We don’t want to deal with only one alarm company- which is why we are dealing with many. Depending on the area, we will have between 1 and 5 options for clients from some of the most well-known systems out there. Plus, they’ll give us exclusive deals and fund the benefits for you or we’ll move on to the next company. It’s that simple.

Is there any cost to sign up?

Never! We’re even working on an Alarm Inspection Certification for you to add to your credentials which will be completely optional of course.
